Animal Experimentation

Virtually every medical achievement of the 20th century has involved animals in some form. However, animal activists are claiming that alternative experimentation methods are available to test medicine and other products.

Tell us what you think. Is animal experimentation necessary?

I'm going to make this extremely short and sweet for the time being.

Firstly, I would like to establish that I do not condone cosmetic animal testing.

However, secondly, I do believe in animal experimentation for medical purposes. For those who disagree, come up with a rebuttle for this statement made by the British Royal Society: Almost every medical achievement made in the 20th century used animals in some way.
